feature request: show ECO and name in opening book move #411

pychess version: stauntun 0.10alpha2

when observing the opening book sidepanel, show what opening move is
being used by ECO number and name (http://www.chessgames.com/chessecohelp.html)

example: "C59 - Two Knights" when '1 e4 e5 2 Nf3 Nc6 3 Bc4 Nf6 4 Ng5 d5 5
exd5 Na5 6 Bb5+ c6 7 dxc6 bxc6 8 Be2 h6' is played

I think if this feature is added, it would be beneficial to those who did not 
know
what opening they are playing, and can then study it more since they now know 
the
name and ECO.
