"The local-part may not start..." has been capitalized & on another line to show it is a new point yet there is no index for it

Thank you for your bug report. This is working as intended. If you increase the width of the window, you will see it displays on one line. It is part of point 1 on the local part of the email domain.

Reason for disagreement: Then I would argue that this is not well formatted given the app starts up in default as a window and not in full screen, which will cause the display to be as shown above.
