Gillan really needs us to figure out how Features/consumables work. i need to know how to add a function that runs at the start of every turn.

@calebmrose00 There will be a function that runs at the end of each turn to reset values, etc. I'll open an issue that you can assign yourself to if you want to work on it.

I'll look into consumables as well after you finish .next_turn(). Working on the same file brings up merge conflicts.
