Potentially fixed in rebase, feel free to open if you experience in new version, or have more reproduction steps

Confirmed to still be an active bug in the latest game version.

Typically happens when a player is trying to climb back up the 1st slide, to reach a checkpoint and save/load. One of the wooden crates you use to make it far enough up the slide can break either immediately or soon after you jump off it, despite there being no reason for that to happen. It was also known to happen in other contexts before the rebase, and possibly still.
