With what resolution can we distinguish data generated from scaled immune matrices when the data are sampled from off-peak values in simulated infections?

Using a particular heuristic for scaling the matrix, generate synthetic infections. Censor the synthetic infections using a mask with randomly sampled index days. Collect transitions from single censored synthetic infections Ask calibrator for MLE immune modifier to generate these transitions
