CURRENT STATUS:
The period between asexual waves will be drawn randomly from between 8 and 30 days. Using a flag in config, distances between peaks can be set to exactly 21 days for synthetic calibration purposes. Inspect the duration before and after peak index day that contributes to the reporting of parasite density.
FUTURE WORK: The period between asexual waves will be drawn from a distribution that is in part controlled by individual parameters (infection age, and immune status)
Looks complete to me. For future, we may re-institute the 7 day window around peak index for evaluation of summed parasite density.

Inspect the window around peaks that contribute to asexual density and post here?
FUTURE WORK: The period should be allowed to be controlled by an individual parameter (infection age? immune status?) The spacing between gaussian shaped waves will be the direct contributor to trough density.
