fix uniprot pacmap #3

there were some issues with uniprot mapping mainly comming from differences in the files under build/lib/gcsnap and gcsnap. I merged both files, and set EMBL-GenBank-DDBJ_CDS as the prioritary DB (see this commit). I also updated the n_dims parameter to n_components when calling pacmap.PaCMAP
