Hi, GCsnap is a very useful tool. I am wondering any way to export figure in svg or pdf format or convert the output html file to svg foramt. I want to further edit the figures in Illustrator.

Unfortunately, there is no way currently of downloading the images in the html output as svg or pdf, you can only download png... We are currently working on improving GCsnap, including the output, and will keep this in mind.
