Section 7 the field on "decribe action taken" doesn't print out. #15

In Section 7, there is an "actions taken" choice and then a describe of action taken/follow up. The field in REDCap is proc_desc This only prints out on the PDF for one of the actions taken-hospital procedure involved . We want it to print out on the form, with Describe: as the label for 4 of the choices, hospital procedure involved, equipment, medical follow up and supplier contacted: See attached

Hi Mat, Can you make the comment font and box bigger. See attached Section 7 description is too small font, and Comment header too small.docx
