Here is an odd one Section 3b – Anesthesia and 3c blood borne infection - For both of these, if you enter in REDCap, then go in the form, they are blank. However if you save and print, the entry from REDCap is on the form. If you enter these directly in the form, it saves and prints correctly, but again if you exit the form and reenter it disappears when you save and go back in??? It still however prints on the paper and is saved in the TTISS-ON database . The form is blank.
