last section not saving #9

If you enter for section 7 , results of investigation and onwards and then click "save and print" it doesn't print out the section. Also if you leave it from there, it doesn't save at all.

The person entering records lost all her info.
Solution; Ensure that the click Save at the button. Do not display the exit or print button. Once all the final 'save' button Is pressed then show the 'exit' and 'print' button.

OR have the "save and exit" and "save and print" button work to save the whole document.

@Joanne90511 I have changed the flow for the "save and exit" and the "save and print" buttons. Now it will should for sure wait for the first request (saving the data to redcap) to finish before starting the second (getting the information out of redcap).

What I think was happening is while redcap was saving the data from the first request it, we were already asking for the data back and we were getting incomplete information.

Can you try this again.

Hi Mat, The left hand save button is not saving in the last section (it was before you tried to fix the save and print) It just gets caught in a loop
