Command Execution, FTP Map Backups, Etc, All the old Crontabs.

Improved on old crontabs - everything now runs out of minecraft.sh

New usages are.

./minecraft.sh save ./minecraft.sh stoplag ./minecraft.sh backup full

Im adding this to a scheduler now.
