I believe part of it my be worldguard. The other day when worldguard was broken and not working with all the people on for the few minutes everyone was able to be on the ticks were at about 18-20 tps the whole time. Never went below that not sure if maybe just because of the restart. But I did grind during the time of that and I believe other people might have been so maybe look into that.

Issue is pointless, we all know it exists and cannot be definetly defeated on our server until 1.5 (Multicore Support and Modding API)
