No Special God #211

After many weeks of not having any special god I figured I would look for one. I found this http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/vip-god/ I think it would be a amazing replacement for special god since you can't attack in god and you have to wait 5 seconds before getting in and out of god mode. Stopping part of the abuse.

I've pretty much re-written all of SpecialGod and it is almost done Joan wanted to stick to the /ggod command thanks though.

Alright, any estimated time on the completion of it? Also need any help with the code?
