Investigate TPS #239

TPS has been somewhat unstable, usually 19-20, but randomly down to 10 for seemingly no reason.

I believe a timer analyzer would be good to look into what is causing lower TPS, and random lag spikes.

No TPS issues lately, maybe low drops for a minute, but average of 18-20 with todays high of 88 players on.
