Dialog uses wrong fonts on OS X #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create any Dialog with title text and the font is smaller than the normal 
text

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Under Windows the fonts look correct as Segoe UI is bigger than the normal OS 
fonts. OS X is different and this font is smaller.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v.095 on OS X 10.7.5
