what's the point of code folder? #4

I don't see why to create this folder, it could be all (scripts and notebook's folders) in the main folder.

I don't know, you put it there and I just accepted.

But I prefer it in the main folder

One other ideia is changing "notebooks" for "analysis" or "tests", and "scripts" for "project", since the project is going to be all modularized in the end (I assume that).

There are some cases that the notebook itself is the deliverable. I prefer to keep it describing its objects instead of its use. In that way, it is never wrong.

Also, nothing keep you from changing the name.
