Fix for building error when password is defined
Serial output will now work when password is enabled
Password can now be set with .setPassword instead of using defines which makes it possible to change the password in runtime

Thanks for your colaboration, but sorry, I forgotten publish 1.5.4 version, Now it conflict with your changes.

I now verifiying your changes and put it in new version

Tested with version 3.0.5 and works
