Get UART Zigbee network going (or Wifi) #4

Central system and wireless communication, updates everyone on what is doing on and when provides feedback when you shoot someone. It would be ideal to get a Wifi network instead, but we would have to make sure that the range is possible. You can get 200 meters with Xbee in low power and 8 Km in the 900Mhz pro series. Wifi would be better but might be skimpy range wise.

So, it's final, we will be using WiFI modules, based on price and ease of use I guess
