I2C pullup resistors #1

In PCB revision 1 the pullup resistors for the I2C are missing.

There should be 4k7 pullups for both I2C busses (each SDA and SCL).

implemented I2C pullups in 2a67918aacebdc1d0675151e68e6d52e4de8d5ff

pushed project to AISLER as well. Wait for commissioning of the first board before really going into a new interation.
