Firmware v2.0 #14

When firmware v2.0 is stable and ready for usage, it can be merged into the master branch.

This firmware should be compatible with the first revision of the boards. The gain settings has not been implemented there, but this would lead to reading two times the same values.

Also some additional hardware, like the TMP100, BME680 are not present, but they are highly optional.
