Channel numbering #16

At some places, there might be still a mix up between Channel 1 (Ch0 in software) and Channel 2 (Ch1 in software).

This should be fixed at some point.

What to check:

As far as I can judge this by now, at least the calibration works fine, if the silkscreen Ch. 2 just gets replaced by Ch. 0.

The channel numbering on the PCB side should be fixed by 378b34f6856afaaad9e5074813aaa0a885865eb9
