Table "caldav_calendars" does not exist #44

Hi there! I'm trying your plugin on my roundcube fresh installed, but when trying to add a caldav calendar, I get this error:

DB Error: [7] ERROR: relation "caldav_calendars" does not exist

I'm checking, but can't find that table in the db init script

Please, ignore this, I was missing the last step, "bin/initdb.sh --dir=plugins/calendar/drivers/caldav/SQL"
