Bundled a couple of fixes, specifically:
Not being able to install the plugin when using table name prefix
FATAL occured if $update did not have remote_event
new calendar path being hardcoded
preinstalled sources were added over and over again when the URL had %u placeholder which in turn was a full email address containing a
