AMF3 is now implemented in amf.py, but needs testing and integration with 
rtmp.py.

ok will test it. is need to change only amf 0 to 3 ?

Hey, 
I still need to implement and test that it works with AMF3 support, before you 
can. Basically need to change objectEncoding to default of 3 instead of 0.0.
