AttributeError calling Ekiga #62

When I call from flash (11.0.1.129) to ekiga and click answer rtmplite return 
"AttributeError: 'Session' object has no attribute 'media'" (revision r118). 
Full log in attachemnt. While using X-Lite4 it works.

PS. In project home "New in version 8.0 (svn r118, p2p-sip svn r48)" should be 
link to issue 48 ;)

Fixed in rtmplite svn r119 and p2p-sip svn 49.

I forgot about voip.py's Session object storing the MediaSession when I 
reworked the siprtmp's media part to move Session.media to Context.media. This 
broke the re-invite and hold logic of voip's Session object. Now changed to 
also keep Context.media as Session.media in siprtmp and siprtmp_gevent.py.

Not tested thoroughly.
