Asterisk and PCMU negotiation #63

When using Yealink VP-2009 hardphone and only PCMU codec there is no audio in 
both directions. In asterisk NativeFormats is only h264, write and read formats 
are 0x0 (nothing).
Codec in flash 11 is set to: "pcmu pcma alaw ulaw h264".

When I change codec in phone to PCMA sound is ok.

I don't know what was the issue yesterday but now everything works with PCMU.
