Pierre and Melbourne gives 404 #11

unexpected status code: 404

happens in CheckHttpStatusCode in GetForecastLink, this is because the geocode service finds Pierce, France and Melbourne, Australia. Maybe implement some check to make sure we get US cities before passing it into weather.gov
