Add a text menu to allow a user to select the correct city. Sometimes the one chosen by the program is incorrect 😢

Thinking like a text menu Which city do you want (Choose the number)

  1. Search again
  2. city
  3. another city
  4. another city (cached) maybe let the user know if a response is already cached? (probably not?)
