3 months ago ExtractForecastKeywords will have to be changed depending on how the weather.gov words their forecasts. That being said, I structured it in a way where for example if it's raining and thunderstorms, it will choose thunderstorms because that's more important.
NOTE not all ascii is implemented here mostly because I don't want to find it rn
Color and other renders plus better formatting of relevant weather forecast can come in later commit.
