Kerberos feature #210

If we using and forced to use a proxy that perform kerberos authentication, we are unable to use siege. I our case, for political/hierarchy meaning, it is not possible to bypass the proxy.

I haven't had plans to add Kerberos support but I'll add it if I get a patch.
