Fix: bindir value in Autotools script #233

I believe, the configure.ac has obsolete bindir values passing, which leads to e.g. invalid paths (/usr/usr/bin/siege) inside of bombardment script. See a report for siege package, for example.

Update: superseded with https://github.com/JoeDog/siege/pull/234, no more actual.
