[1.18.2] Candles is very heavy for processing

Generated in spawned structures candles is very heavy for server, it lags so much and decreases its tps.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Detected by mod Observable, just install it on server and client, then..
2. ..stand nearby any generated by mod witch hut
3. Press R button, run scan
4. View results. what entities causes lag
5. Also you can teleport in most overloaded chunks, mostly it would be witch huts village
