[Improvement] Generating SELENITE_GEODE #63

Whether or not we can configure the placement of selenite geodes in the dimensions we want.

example: when we to the Mod Twilight Forest the geode are placed in the mode and sometimes they appear in the structures of the labyrinth of the Twilight forest which breaks the dungeon.

oh yea I can try to add a biome and or dimension blacklist, thanks for lettin me know
