Crows owned by another player seem to have issues harvesting and collecting when their owner player is offline. Harvesting crows work a bit more slowly and inconsistently, while gathering crows can't return items they pick up to their storage location. For example, after sugarcane is harvested, the gathering crow will pick up the sugarcane and then idle indefinitely, even if storage has adequate space, and is in the proper mode. When the owning player comes back online, the crows resume work.
