Will not start in mouse mode #29

Upon exiting, the program remembers the last used settings, but not whether 
mouse mode is enabled or not. Being able to start in mouse mode would be very 
helpful.

Mouse Mode has been added a remembered setting as requested as of Revision 24. 
Note that if you decide to disable Mouse Mode and then exit the application, 
the next launch will NOT start in Mouse Mode.
