Sticks Fails in FF XIV

Got exactly the same problems as described in this issue :

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Manuel configuration of Windows joystick as you said.
2.Manual configuration of Joypad in FF XIV
3.Manuel configuration of vjoy

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No responses with sticks, seems that LT blocked on UP and RT blocked on LEFT.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Revision 27, Windows 7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
In game doesn't stop drifting when using your vjoy config; The chatpad works 
and at least A B seems to be good too.
When changing vjoy config, nothing happens too.

Hope that can help, awaiting for some ideas of users too.

In fact the sticks are not "not really" responding. I mean I'm blocked in the 
same direction as described but I have the cursor which I can move with left 
stick and if example I move in chatbot the right stick allow me to scroll.

Hmm, per your latest post, it almost sees like you're in Mouse Mode and not 
Controller Mode.

To switch, simply hold down LT + RT + Back for a few seconds. If the Green LED 
blinks, you set the controller into Mouse Mode, if the Red LED blinks you set 
the controller into Controller more.

Hopefully this helps fix things. Also, you'll want to make sure the Triggers As 
Buttons checkbox is selected for FFXIV compatibility.
