QWERTZ Keyboard-Layout request #4

Hello it would be nice , if you could provide an extra layout for the german 
QWERTZ layout. The only difference is, that the z and y key are swapped.

Finished adding QWERTZ layout support. Please download the latest version of 
the application at the following:

Chatpad.zip

In it you can select a keyboard type before trying to connect the controller.
