Can't calibrate. #56

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start game, gamepad doesn't work but chatpad does.
2. Turn off Mouse Mode, same result.
3. Enter calibration. No X-axis.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I go into calibration, I can move the stick in a circle for step 1. Step 2 
involves the z axis, with seems to be my right stick. When I get to step 3, 
nothing will for for the x-axis.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using all the updated versions on the page on windows 7 64 bit.

Please provide any additional information below.
