Original Issue 9 Text:
Reported by herve.dumoulin, Today (3 hours ago)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Manuel configuration of Windows joystick as you said.
2.Manual configuration of Joypad in FF XIV
3.Manuel configuration of vjoy
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In FF XIV Up direction of right stick give no response.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I use revision 17, Windows 8.1
Please provide any additional information below.
In game doesn't stop drifting when using your vjoy config; The chatpad work.
What is bizard is that xpadder recognize well the right stick and configure it
with no problem.
When I disable Z axis in vjoy, stop drifting but it start back walk endly.
Hope I can help you with this, We are close !!

If this is concerning the BETA test, the problem may be fixed when Beta 4 comes
out and a custom controller configuration can be performed. I want to hold off
on attempting to fix this within the application itself unless it's necessary
as a last resort. Creating a one-off solution for FF14 is not the intent of
this application.
That being said, I will be playing the game and will do my best to get things
working, but until I can evaluate what "compensation" the game will do itself,
I don't want to adjust this application. I'm going to leave the issue open
until I a resolution can be found, but it likely won't happen until after I can
configure controllers in-game.

For those that were having problems, please try the latest version of this
program and MAKE SURE to follow a few additional setup instructions that are
necessary. These are located on the home page.
With this version I have been able to successfully get the application working
within FFXIV Beta 4. There were a couple of unknown issues that seemingly
solved themselves in my fiddling with the calibration utility and a couple
other settings. Unfortunately I can't say what ended up working...but
calibration utility is recognizing the controller and all systems are go.
Please post here with new issues.

First time post in Google Project, I am not sure whether it is proper to say it
here in the issues comment.
I just want to say thank you very much for creating this and making it work for
FFXIV ARR. I am a legacy player in FFXIV and for the past 1.5 years I was
always wishing that my chatpad could work with FFXIV >.< I tried the supper
drive but it gave me blue screen all the time when I launch or quit the control
program.
I cannot wait to try this out after work today. Again, I sincerely appreciate
your work!

@goose.chen
Thanks for the kind words, I hope everything works for you properly!
To all, I haven't heard back from anyone about continuing issues with FFXIV, so
I'm going to close this issue as Fixed. Please write up a new issue if you're
encountering any problems.
