Can Submit Without Donating or Commenting #9

Steps Taken to Recreate

  1. Navigate to the Campaign page ( This was done on the barn fire page)
  2. Click the Donate button
  3. Click Submit

Comments

I don't know if it's intentional or not, but if you wanted to have people to be able to comment on a campaign without donating another button strictly for comments would probably be helpful. If this is unintentional, it would probably be better to disable the Submit button until those fields are filled out.
