pdf split over two pages #12

Sometimes the generated pdf is split over two pages in landscape, sometimes it comes out as 1 page in landscape. I have not yet been able to determine what causes it go generate in either way.

also note as per my other bug the pdf does not factor the cost of the apothercary into the team value (it does appear on the html version).

it appears putting the amount of petty cash the team has in the "team gold" field is what pushed it over two pages.
