Rotor analysis #17

This is my pull request to move Rotor-Analysis to main. The code and report are all finished. I have included several files in this repository that cover my process of learning how to use CCBlade and making sure functions worked in my code. Rotor_Analysis.jl and Rotor_Functions.jl are the main code files, though, and Rotor_Analysis.pdf contains my report.
