I'm getting the following error message when the CRON is firing -

Notice: Undefined index: HTTP_HOST in /wp-content/plugins/disqus-conditional-load/vendor/disqus-comment-system/admin/class-disqus-admin.php on line 167

Further to this I've just been doing some digging but it looks like it may be related to the original Disqus plugin - https://wordpress.org/support/topic/undefined-index-http_host-3/

I've put the fix in place that has been mentioned and it seems to have fixed the issue
