Expanding a bit on the problem...
If a large enough fraction get vaccinated, then the proportion of infected people who are vaccinated can be larger than the proportion who are not vaccinated.
But these are the wrong proportions to compare. It should be a comparison of the proportion of infected people who are vaccinated versus the proportion of the population who are vaccinated.
How many identified cases are vaccinated? So many people getting P(vacc|inf) rather than P(inf|vacc)
