UG does not specify that telegram handles need to be at least 5 characters long #8

UG only mentions to include an @ symbol in front.

By listing all the restrictions, we believe this makes it non reader-friendly and even confusing, when a normal telegram handle (one in which they were able and allowed to create on telegram itself) would have worked.

We do also state the restrictions in the event of an erroneous user input for the telegram field.

Hence we reject this bug.

Reason for disagreement: This restriction should still be included in the UG as it is information that the user should be aware about. I do not think it lowers readability, but in fact it makes the documentation more comprehensive.

:question: Issue severity

Team chose [severity.VeryLow] Originally [severity.Medium]

Reason for disagreement: I do not think the severity level is VeryLow as it is more than a cosmetic issue. The missing restrictions will cause inconvenience to the user if the user unknowingly keys in a telegram handle in the wrong format.

I would like to revise my original severity level from Medium to Low.
