Add to Brew #2

I would like to make this package easy to install, that means having many different possible install options would be nice.

Have tried to add this as a Formula https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/pull/53109. It was rejected by the brew-test-bot.

Error: 2 problems in 1 formula detected
  * GitHub repository not notable enough (<30 forks, <30 watchers and <75 stars)
  * GitHub repository too new (<30 days old)
==> FAILED

Have added a tap for homebrew at https://github.com/Midnight-Conqueror/homebrew-tap. Meaning the install is now brew install Midnight-Conqueror/tap/cogo
