Noise when reading #17

In lack of better term... In BAC0, once the device is created and polling start, bacpypes3 explicitly tells the results of the readings.

This fills out the REPL or the notebook with "noise".

I think it comes from bacpypes3... I have very little print statements and my logs are formatted differently.
