ReadMe file opens as a 404 error #8

When the package is installed and the project readme page is supposed to be shown, a 404 error is returned.

The URL being used is

https://github.com/JoelHT-Landmark/NuGet-PackageNPublish/README.md

where it SHOULD be

https://github.com/JoelHT-Landmark/NuGet-PackageNPublish/blob/master/README.md
