Right now, when you mouse over a node, the dialog "grows" from the center of the node down and right. When fully open the top-left corner of the dialog is at the center of the node.
When nodes are near the bottom of the screen, the opened dialog extends off the bottom and so the user has to scroll.
Two ideas:
Dialogs near the bottom open "up" rather than down.
After opening down, automatically scroll the screen.
